Thanks to the great advice I have received from this forum over the years, I am now a published novelist. Catherine Lescault is based upon the work I did for my Harrison Middleton University D.A. final project (technically a “capstone project” rather than a dissertation). I am returning to shout out a hearty “thank you” to the helpful people here. (While I haven’t posted on this forum in a while, back in 2010 I started the “Thinking Tools” thread that is pinned in the “Off-Topic Discussions” section. I see it is still getting some good input.) This forum helped me get my M.A. from California State University, Dominguez Hills. Then came the D.A. So thanks, again, to all. The first five people to send me a private message will receive a complimentary copy of Catherine Lescault. Go!
Congratulations. http://www.hmu.edu/phillip-perry-outstanding-graduate I remember when Idlewild was an airport. ;-)
Many thanks for the kind words, everyone. I've been getting some good feedback from readers. Decimon's post reminded me: I forgot to mention that Catherine Lescault is published under my pen name, Walter Idlewild. May all of your own projects be huge successes this year.
