While doing a little Swedish Death Cleaning this week* I found the above item, dated 1974. The school thrives today. Here are seven observations. Can you identify it?

    1. The catalog consists of three folded sheets of paper in a blue cardboard cover.
    2. The cover text says "Strength Through Learning" and "College Degree."
    3. Degrees are awarded in any field, and can be entirely based on credit for prior learning.
    4. The first degree listed is the Honorary Doctorate in any field at a cost of $300
    5. The cost of a Bachelor's degree is $1,200. A Ph.D. is $1,400.
    6. Page 1 of the catalog explains that their seven-pointed star logo is symbolic of "the legendary beginning of the Cherokee People."
    7. Nearly 20% of the text is devoted to an article on accreditation, indicating that it is "unconstitutional" and "illegal" according to "United States Supreme Court judge John L. Smith."

The Cherokee reference makes me think of Dr. Alexander Chief Swift Eagle Justice. So that means it's the International ??????? University?

Kizmet: "(If I'm right, I'll explain my guess...)"

    Bear: Well done. Now explain.

I'd love to take the credit but I guess Chip gets the prize.
