The FBI Office of Professional Responsibility is equivalent to "Internal Affairs" on a police department. The FBI's own IA unit recommended firing FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, due to his multiple unethical behaviors, which included:
    1. Leaking information to the press (without authorization)
    2. Hiding information from Congress

Investigative conclusion: FBI agents said McCabe is dirty and should be fired.

Pressure is building to appoint a special council to investigate these allegations.

Regarding the title of your thread, McCabe is a Republican, not a Democrat.

    https://www.cnn.com/2018/01/24/politics/andrew-mccabe-vote/index.html

Also, as you know, McCabe was on the verge of retirement and Sessions fired him only a few hours before that could take place. This cheap shot was clearly an attempt to deprive McCabe of his full pension. In the end however it won't work. Already McCabe has been offered another federal job. He'll work a few days and then retire as he had planned. Oh yeah, one more thing. If he wasn't motivated to testify against Trump before, I'm guessing that he will be now. A hollow, meaningless victory for Trump.

    Very hollow victory indeed.

Kizmmet, that's an excellent observation and it shows the political neutrality in McCabe's termination. Conversely, McCabe's wife accepted over a half million dollars from a Clinton PAC to run a Democrat campaign, which is evidence that Andrew McCabe should have recused himself from the collusion investigation. It was a conflict of interest. McCabe's lying to investigators only worsened his criminality,.

The word "Republican" in the thread title should be changed to RINO (Republican in Name Only).

Kizmet, lady liberty is supposed to be blind in her decisions. Are you suggesting that special financial accommodiations should be provided to felons? However, to dig deeper into political partiality, please consider:
    • General James Mattis was convicted for lying to the FBI over a non-criminal case. He is now a convicted felon.
    • Martha Stewart lied to the FBI. She is now a convicted felon.
    • Andrew McCabe lied to the FBI in a criminal case. Will McCabe become a convicted felon?
    Lady liberty is blind.

Kizmet, why did FBI agents and DOJ investigators recommend that McCabe should be fired? Why are you faulting President Trump for their conclusions and Jeff Sessions' decision to listen to them?

Kizmet, not so fast Pocahontas! If McCabe is being actively criminally investigated for committing a felony, federal rules prohibit the federal government from hiring him. He needs to wait until the criminal case is resolved before he is eligible to be hired by the government. If he becomes a convicted felon, how will that impact his hiring eligibility? He is in a real pickle.

Kizmet, if McCabe had dirt on President Trump, then it was his legal obligation to bring it out into the open a long time ago, instead of hiding it until he was fired. If McCabe hid dirt, then that is another criminal charge.

Lady liberty is supposed to be blind.

Kizmet, here is a factoid: According to family tradition, this writer is related to Pocahontas. While Pocahontas may not have had kids, she did have family members in a tribe. Can you claim that honor?
Kizmet, no, he will not regret it if he insults me again, but thank you for keeping a close eye on the forum. They are just words. And yet words are so powerful. Words created the earth: "And God said, let there be light, and there was light." We are made in the image of God -- and just as his words are powerful, so are ours. Food for thought.

Your messianic faith in Trump even leads you to clumsily mimic his loathsome racist epithets for people. If that's not cult behavior, I'm not sure what is. Food for thought.

    What racist epithets?

Some view the term "Pocahontas" as racist.

Mocking who falsely claims aboriginal heritage is racist? That's putting the fart before the horse.

The race card is played like it's an ace-in-the-hole. Whoever plays the race card automatically wins. Kizmet, is that right? Wrong! Even a spade can no longer be played without being accused of being a racist. And then there is Elizabeth Warren, who used race to get ahead of Native Americans (or Indians, if you're old school). How convenient for her (moral turpitude). Warren was subsequently mocked for her lie of claiming to be Indian - and now Warren is refusing to take a DNA test to prove or disprove her veracity. She was caught lying. Period. It's status quo for her, but that's a different story.

So anyway, FBI agents recommended that Andrew McCabe should be fired. And after McCabe was fired, he lashed out at the president and provided secret memos to Mueller. If McCabe was hiding evidence prior to his termination, then that will be another criminal charge against him. McCabe clumsily mimicked James Comey's tactics. Food for thought.

The DNC's allegation that President Trump colluded with Russians to get Americans to vote for him is a ludicrous lie - and everyone knows it - to include you. Donald Trump will be president for a full eight years. In fact, his reelection is coming soon to a theater near you. Stay tuned!

Elizabeth Warren is definitely a liar. But the leap between that and calling Kizmet a name like that is trollishly preposterous. I shudder to think what your orange messiah and you would be saying if she'd lied about being black.

SteveFoerster, it is not trollish nor racist to humorously address someone as:
    • Skippy...
    • Pocahontas...
    • Princess...
    • Hey boys...
    • Ladies and gentlemen...
    • Hotshot...
SteveFoerster, knowingly or unknowingly, you do validate a scriptural viewpoint that the Messiah (Jesus) said: "Let your yes be yes and your no be no: Everything else is of evil" (Matthew 5:37).

SteveFoerster, please recall that Rachel Dolezal already pretended to be black by playing the race card as a representative for the NAACP:
    https://www.cnn.com/2015/06/12/us/washington-spokane-naacp-rachel-dolezal-identity/index.html

At any rate, Steve, you have described President Trump as a messiah (or the Messiah) on more than one occasion. Should your title be included in the growing list of trollish, racist (Semiticly speaking), disrespectful or endearing terms, such as:
    • Hello orange Messiah, Lord of lords and King of kings...
    • Pocahontas...
    • Princess...
    • Hey boys...
    • Ladies and gentlemen...
    • Hotshot...
    Words are powerful!

What would be best is if you didn't try to tell me what I believe and don't believe. You may speak for yourself but not others. As for the rest, the investigation is ongoing. Neither you nor I know the result. Before this is over, collusion with the Russians may be the least of Trumps worries.

Didn't your Catholic grade school teach you how to talk in a respectful manner? You may want to repeat a grade or two.

He meant "messiah" as an "object of worship", as in, an individual you idolatrously worship. More accurately, "a false messiah".
