    Fascinating, indeed (nice catch, John).

Also intriguing is the notion that Dave has decided to lessen his posting on the Loveland situation here on the board as more people tend to question the whole affair.

My take, FWIW, is that Loveland is increasingly looking like a sleazy operation and that, for a change, DEAC is doing exactly what they should be doing. Having now reviewed Loveland and its shady history (yeah, I'll stand by that comment), I'm with DEAC on this one. But if DEAC ever quotes me on that, I'll categorically deny it as a vicious rumor.

One thing of which I'm convinced: Starting a college is not the same as, "Hey, kids, let's put on a show!" One or two people don't get together and say, "Hey, kids, let's start a college."

I'll never understand the fascination some people have with titles, especially their own. :sigh1:

Public exposure and access to deep pockets are factors in political posturing. That will lead to either:
    - pretrial settlement
    - dropping the case
    - or a trial based on presentable facts

Whoa, me again, for a second, I thought you were talking about how your guy won the election.

Well, he was first accused of having small hands, but since his hands are visible to the public, it was immediately proven to be false.

Second, regarding deep pockets: you never know what you'll find when reaching deep down into a pocket.

Yes near all my WLC time has been volunteer work, I have not been paid a salary, nor do I profit financially from the school.

I'm going to pretend I actually care about this . . . so, me again, your saying that because his hands are not microscopic they must be full-sized? I mean even a tiny infant has hands that are visible to the public, the fact that they are visible doesn't mean that they're not small.

That's because they are -- small, that is. According to stats printed in this site, Mr. Trump's hands are in the 15th percentile for all American men. A printable, actual-size replica (of his handprint) is included.

Finally, There's Proof That Donald Trump Has Small Hands | HuffPost

And I think the whole affair means nothing. Just a nasty insinuation by Marco Rubio, who didn't like Mr. Trump referring to him as "little Marco." It shows only that politics always = nasty business. On all sides.

Dr. Lady, please accept this apology for detracting from your intended topic.

Kizmet, for your entertainment pleasure, here is a close-up hand-comparison pic of Trump shaking hands with French President Emmanuel Macron:

Like I said, I really don't care. My issue was not with his hands. My issue was with your flawed logic.

Kizmet, this writer has absolutely no idea what you're talking about. Please explain the flawed logic that you are referring to.

Actually, what made his hands a running gag is him overreacting to being called a "short-fingered vulgarian" in an article, years ago. Reportedly he kept sending the journalist pictures of himself, trying to prove his fingers are not that short :slaphappy:.

Rubio's joke was dumb. He made a calculated attempt to mimic Trump's "straight-talking" persona and bombed badly, because Trump is a professional entertainer and Marco isn't.

But there are more important matters to talk about now. Like how Trump made the Pope so upset, and how in the world an adult public figure fails at signing the Holocaust Museum visitor book ("so amazing!") :bigeyes2:. Plus all the winning of course.

Dr. Lady on May 25: "Last one I promise. Also my last public post concerning education."
Dr. Lady on May 27: what he said

Does this break Rich Douglas' record for shortest elapsed time between "this is my last post" and the next post?

Not that I see many similarities between the WLC suit and the MIGS suit, seeing Dave refer to himself as both Executive Director and Provost reminded me of the days that Rich called himself MIGS' Research Assistant and Ph.D. Candidate.

Dave's fascination with dates also reminded me of MIGS' fondness for the non-existing "September 31."

And if, indeed, Dave's attorney actually advised him to post these damning videos, it brings back fond memories of Enrique.

First accreditor issues a show cause on WLC.

Dave applies to second accreditor, which sees that he was issued a show cause by first accreditor.

Second accreditor laughs its ass off.

Also, there are so many online MBA programs that it would be difficult to imagine a lot of people choosing WLC if it's accreditation slips even further down the food chain.
