The New Zealand school that comes up in conversation most often is the University of Otago.

Thank you replies but my question was
Has anyone with prior online qualification applied to any New Zealand university? In my case I have an online MSc and I am trying to apply for Full time course. Will they treat the online degrees same as traditional on campus degrees ?

I think that everyone understood your question. So far the answer is "no."

    Hi Kizmet,
Massey University is the premier provider of DL/online with out any residency requirement. All others offer Part time-Blended with residency requirements. Rest of the Universities in the Country offers some online units/courses BUT NOT THE FULL PROGRAM. Only Massey provides the 100% DL/Online
And Online/DL and On-Campus are the same structure. Your Degree will NOT read as Online/OR DL. Correct word Massey uses for its DL is Extramural Studies!!!! I did my Undergrad in Business Studies via Extramural.

Here in NZ there's no Differentiation. On-campus or off campus the program is the SAME

OK, well the problem is that I've just finished reading the Otago website and they say something quite different

    "Qualifications

All of the papers for the qualifications listed below are available through Distance Learning. In many cases, it is possible to take individual papers without necessarily intending to complete the full qualification. In addition, several other papers are offered which need not be for a particular qualification but which can be taken for credit to a degree or diploma.
These links provide information about the structure and requirements for each qualification"

Distance Learning Programmes and Papers, Distance Learning, University of Otago, New Zealand

They list a 20+ qualifications that can be completed entirely through distance learning. So, unless you can actually demonstrate that you're right I'm going to have to conclude that you're mistaken.
