Who Will be Available for Hire? I have my safety pin on as I write this... As more Baby Boomers exit the labor force, and more entitled Milenials enter it, it's going to be tougher to find employees who could pass this Snowflake Test. :nana: Good luck, employers! :biglaugh:
• What are your feelings about employees or clients carrying guns? Don't care. • Should "trigger warnings" be issued before we release content for clients or the company that might be considered "controversial"? Warnings to whom? • How do you feel about police? Which ones? • What are your thoughts on the current college environment as it pertains to a future workforce? Too general. • What does "faith" mean to you? None of your business. • You see someone stepping on an American flag. What happens next? Nothing.
The final question should be: Do you really want to work for someone who gives prospective employees such a douchey test?
I saw another article on this Snowflake test a couple days ago. I love it. If only firms really would use something like this...we would all get sued way more often!
LOVE IT! Seriously. Since I'm not a CEO and don't hire/fire people for a living, it's really hard for me to feel that pressure, but I love it when a boss acts like a boss.
