Here are some interesting programs from Oxford University, available through their Department for Continuing Education. They have expanded their available options, and list many more certificate and degree programs, but I linked a couple that are interesting or unusual.

This looks very interesting. Anyone ever earn credit (CATS points) and transferred them to regionally-accredited, US institution?

    MSt in Literature and Arts

"This two-year part-time Masters Degree in Literature and Arts course offers the opportunity to study the literature and arts of three different periods of British history (ranging from the c16th to the c19th) in an interdisciplinary manner over four five day residences and two online modules. The course offers full access to the library and electronic resources of the university, a team of expert tutors, and a high level of personal and academic support."

    DPhil in Literature and Arts

"The part-time DPhil in Literature and Arts considers applications from those who have already been awarded the MSt in Literature and Arts. Applications may also be considered from students with an interdisciplinary Master's degree in the humanities."

"There is an attendance requirement for this course of thirty days per academic year, and students will be encouraged to fully participate in the Graduate School in the Department for Continuing Education and to take part in other seminars, workshops and training activities offered across the University."
