Excelsior College now offers a standalone 1 credit biology lab course. When you purchase the course you get a lab kit that includes a fetal pig and the necessary lab equipment for dissection. You take pictures as you go through the lab and submit them for verification to receive credit.

I took mine here before they really advertised online classes. Looks like they no longer offer the 5 week summer sessions but have expanded their regular catalog quite a bit! Super excited to see their physics selection.
