Evaluation of German Vocational Training Act

Hello everyone,
I have had a German Vocational Training Act in Management Assistant (3 years) that is already translated, and many years working experience in that field.
I would like to have my German credentials evaluated by one of the "Credential Evaluation Services" and maximize my U.S. college credits. I called a couple but they don't give me any information besides the price.

Which "Credential Evaluation Service", that is on of the NACES members, is most generous when it comes to interpreting German training certificates? I read online that some will evaluate it as a Associates Degree. Thank you for your help!

 

I've had evaluations done by WES and ECE.
By far WES was more liberal with credit hours, grades, and actually designating the american equivalent.
WES also has deals with most of the professional school application services (SOPHAS, NursingCAS, etc), which has been helpful.
Just my personal anecdote, so take it with a grain of salt.
