    Find out the difference between tissues and organs. Pharms are not purchasing eyes. Scientists at pharms don't run many experiments on organs. That comes later. Tox studies care about organs...and mainly the liver.

    My first healthcare recruiting assignment was to hire tissue collectors who would be retrieving corneas. They may not be going to big pharma, but my point stands.

    For the record, it's quite tricky recruiting 25 people willing to collect corneas for $10/hr. It's not the kind of thing you attract experienced individuals for (and you certainly don't want to hire the people who have been dabbling in corneal collection as amateurs hoping to get a full-time gig eventually).
