I always hear that "some" RA schools will accept a student into their Masters program with a nationally accredited undergrad degree... My question is simple, what RA schools accept them? Thanks for any info.
Likely Capella. Perhaps some other for profit RA schools. Perhaps other RA not for profit schools on a very occasional basis. Good luck.

Re: Known Schools Capella officially accepts ISIM DETC degrees and unofficially accepts most or all other DETC degrees. Hopefully others can tell you if other RA Universities also do. Have you finished the ACCIS degree already?
Degree No, I haven't. But I am looking into it. My ultimate goal is an RA Masters degree. I have enough credits to perhaps finish my degree with ACCIS much faster than I could elsewhere, and for less money. If I can apply the ACCIS degree to an RA Masters, why not? I could finish much quicker.

Re: Thanks Remember just because a school accepts DETC degrees in general does not mean the will accept ACCIS degrees. ACCIS has a particularly nasty reputation. I am sure in time. if they keep their act clean, their reputation will improve. I, myself, would give them 10 or 20 years before I would even consider them. There are just too many RA schools with perfect reputations to take ACCIS even a little serious.
Nasty Rep I've heard that, but I've also heard they've come a long way. I need to finish my Bachlor's as quick and as cheaply as I can. The school must be DETC or RA, and since I recently got laid off, the cheaper and quicker the better. My goal is to eventually get my Masters (Information Technology). If anyone knows of other DETC schools, that are not expensive, and have a program that can be completed online (no classroom attendance), please post it. Thanks!
Are you absolutely sure that you can't do it just as quickly and inexpensively through an RA school? I'd really investigate that if I were you - I definitely wouldn't assume it. I know for a fact that TESC was much cheaper for me than ACCIS would have been, and I picked up two majors at TESC. Excelsior or COSC would have cost even less. There are other RA programs that would have cost even less, and probably looked better on a resume, if I'd been willing to take 10 courses to meet residency requirements. I wouldn't recommend a DETC school over an RA school unless you have a really good reason for it. Bear in mind that a bachelor's degree in any field will get you into most MS in IT programs. Some of them do require a technical undergrad background, but from what I've seen those programs are just a few exceptions from some relatively highly rated schools. Most MS in IT programs seem to be geared for people without a formal IT or CS background who are looking for a career change, but they really do vary a lot. If you really want an MS in IT as quickly as you can get it, then your best bet might be to go with an RA assessment school (TESC, COSC, or Excelsior), pick up whichever degree you can get the cheapest and quickest using something along the lines of the BA in 4 Weeks plan, and then start an MS in IT program in the Spring. I honestly don't know how you would get a RA MS in IT any quicker than that. I was in a similar situation over a year ago, and I can't stress enough that you need to carefully evaluate your options before jumping into anything.
CIS / IT With your Certifications you could also look into AIU. American Intercontinental University. They are RA. Southern States. Campus in Atlanta, Ga and online. www.aiuonline.edu I am enrolled there now since Sept 3. in the 2+2 for BSIT / MIT They have a MIT program 10 months Two things, not cheap and crammed. I carry two classes per month plus my regular job. Homework 6 nights a week. Tough, but so far a good education. Just an FYI. Good Luck
