Biology 1 for Science Majors

    I'm looking for a Biology 1 for Science Majors thats less than $150 a credit hour to use as a transfer credit. Must be from an accredited School. Please let me know if any of you are aware of such a course.

    Start looking at your local community colleges. A lot of schools award 6-8 credits for Biology I and II for science majors for the Biology CLEP.

    Why not just take the CLEP Biology?

    Studied all weekend for it :bigok: and passed with the minimum 50 score. I have no background in biology. It has an ecology section (just think like an environmental wacko), a general biology section (the REA book helps). The worst was that a whole section was on CHEMISTRY, which I hadn't planned for at all. But, for $100, it's 3 credits -- most schools give 6 credit, but ymmv (mine only gives 3; same for the Lit).
