You're not likely to find a Master's program in Medical Coding. Medical coding is a technical skill with a narrow scope. It's sort of like asking if there's a Master's program in Phlebotomy or X-ray (not Radiology in general, but X-ray in particular). The scope is just too narrow.

What is your end goal? I'm guessing that you're looking to move into a managerial role in HIM. As Graves suggested, Healthcare Informatics may be a good option for you and would expand your opportunities beyond the HIM department. Thanks in part to the ACA, Healthcare Informatics is a rapidly growing field. Another option to consider is an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management. You might also consider a Master's in Healthcare Administration.

If you already have a job in HIM and are just looking to move up in your organization, take a look at WGU's MBA in Healthcare Management . The price is right and you can complete it at your own pace -- very quickly, if you're well-motivated. If you do not have a job yet, I'd highly recommend following Graves' advice -- take a look at Healthcare Informatics. If I were not already heavily-invested in my Nurse Practitioner program, Healthcare Informatics would be my next choice for career mobility.
