seeking 6 semester hours in intermediate account

    I'm searching for an online class from an accredited community college or university to gain 6 semester hours in intermediate accounting. LSU continuing education charges $505 per course so looking at $1010 for 6 hours.

    I was wondering if there is something out there costing less.

    LSU is probably your best choice. Does your college take ACE credits? If so, select one of 4 classes from Straighterline. $49 per class plus $99/mo.

    Fort Hayes State Univ. (Virtual College tuition: $182 /credit hr. x 3 = $546 /course)

    University of North Alabama has a program where you can take various Accounting courses for $475 each to fulfill the credit requirements for the CPA. Here is a link.

    Financial Reporting 1 & 2 are equivalent to Intermediate Accounting 1 & 2 IIRC.
