I know I am a little bit late, but maybe it helps: FIBAA is basically the German equivalent to the AACSB, hence legit.
Nevertheless, in Germany MBA's are valued more when from abroad, obviously the English and American top schools, as many feel that a lot of programs in Germany try to jump on the MBA - bandwagon, being more or less renamed MSc. Also a University of Applied Sciences has a little bit more practical approach to studies than a "normal" university, which in my opinion does not make much of a difference in real life, but makes it harder to get an Phd.

Conclusion: Legit degree from a legit but rather unknown state university accredited by a German organisation - I am not sure what it might be worth in the US?
