No problem! I'd say if you really have your heart set on a ba and then an EMBA, do the ba in business and communication. But if you think you might want to just jump into a MBA, then go for the one I linked. Either way, you can't go wrong. Good luck with whatever you choose!!

Actually the Business Communication degree was what I was referring to as a good find. I replied with the wrong quote. The ASU MBA I've known about for a while. But if I did do an MBA in the state of AZ, sorry but I'd go with the Wildcats. U of A Eller MBA is actually cheaper than ASU's Carey and I like U of A's colors better...I know that's a dumb reason but it is what it is.

Wildcats? Better? BLASPHEMY!!!!!!!! lol But seriously, if you want the bachelors, the business communication one would be a great one for you.

Congrats NMTTD, you were a tough nut to crack, but I'm glad we finally got through :)

And if $$$ is no object JHU sounds like the one...best of luck!

I wasn't that tough to crack...lol And honestly, I can do a JHU degree for under $9k, so that kind of makes it a no brainer.

Are you sure you did the calculations at Johns Hopkins correctly. The only tuition calculator I saw was for undergraduate. I would be very much surprised if they offered an institutional grant for graduate study. It is rather common for schools of that caliber to offer need-based scholarships or institutional grants at the undergraduate level.

I ended up choosing U of F. Had all the right components, I'm originally from Florida so going back for the graduation will be fun, and I like the mascot. LOL Seriously, this particular program wasn't available last time I was looking, but when I was ready to get started, here it was! So I jumped on it. JHU might have been all prestigious and whatnot, but U of F was more my speed.

The global/international tilt is a unique selling point to the Florida program too – and a great fit with your longstanding interests.

    Go Gators!!!

They have changed quite a few things lately, had their Online MBA been available in the new form two years ago I would have almost certainly chosen that.

I understand and appreciate the prestige of JHU, but quite honestly UF has tremendous alumni support and is a very recognizable brand....I think it will serve you well......far cry from Schiller! :)

What a privilege it is not to have to worry about your children’s education fees ! If money is not an issue and you will be studying online, have you considered other options than an American school? I know for a fact that the UK has some of the best communication schools in the world.
