I'm very interested in their 30-credit hour (+6 credits of foundation courses, if needed) online program. It is AACSB accredited too. The downside... $1,200 per credit hour.

Are there any graduates of UD's online MBA program or anyone familiar with this program? I'm just looking for your perspective on UD and the MBA program itself.

    Thanks in advance.

Why are you attracted to that particular program? There are other AACSB programs that are much more affordable.

I don't want to go with a school that's outside of TX. I don't want to take the GMAT or GRE (not required at UD). I've done a little research and from what I've read it is a solid school and they've been offering the MBA online for over a decade. The price is steep, but I will use my Ch. 33 benefits. I'm quite aware of all the other programs out there that are 1/3 of the cost of UD, but right now, I'm just looking for perspectives on UD and their MBA program. Thanks.

You could also consider TAMU-Commerce or Sam Houston State University. They are both in Texas and significantly cheaper than UD.

University of Dallas (small private Catholic university) is a newly (11/2012) AACSB accredited B-school and pretty pricy.

Have you considered The University of Houston-Victoria? UHV offers the Strategic MBA or Global MBA (Recent BBA graduates may need as few as 30 hours). State resident tuition is $244 per semester hour and the GMAT can be waived.

Welcome to the University of Houston-Victoria School of Business Administration, offering the AACSB-accredited Strategic MBA Online

I received my MBA from UD several years ago and was very satisfied with the program although I took most of my classes on campus. I thought the rigor of the program was excellant and my fellow students had a very broad background. Around half were international students.
One of the things that set the UD program apart was the 30+ different areas you could specialize in with your degree including areas like Sports Management, IT Service Management.... I haven't looked through their most recent catalog, but I doubt they have cancelled some of these excellent programs.
