So to earn a "New University of California" degree, a student would have to show up at a testing center to take examinations The bill does not state explicitly that pants would be necessary at the testing center -- it only calls for "acceptable identification" -- but it seems reasonable to assume that normal attire would be required.

Meh, I didn't expect it to go anywhere, but it's still heartening to see even the proposals being made. I think we'll be seeing more of this in the future. I hope so, anyway.
