Does anyone know if you can use graduate classes (that are not being used towards a degree) to fulfill undergraduate requirements, specifically at TESC? Would they be treated as upper-division credits, or would the fact that they are graduate level exclude them from being applicable to an undergrad degree?

I'll definitely send an e-mail to the people at TESC, but in the meantime, if anyone here has the answer, I'd appreciate if you could share!

Yes, recently a forum member used VESI grad classes towards his degree requirements at TESC

Yes. All grad classes are upper division. I'm doing it too.

Awesome, just the kind of first-hand information I was hoping for. Thanks to both of you!
