A transcript evaluation offer: Good or bad?

    I recently got an email from Prometric offering me free membership in the National Education Alliance's.
    They offer a lot of benefits:
    NEA Member Benefits
    However, I'm not sure if it's a good idea. Their counseling center costs a few hundred bucks, and could be duplicating other things. You think I should join?

    Well $10 off DSST would save me at least $30 on my planned career...and signing up as a member at least appears to be free.
