Hi guys, I am thinking of taking up People Soft or SAP HR course in the next few months..can you please let me know which one is in more demand currently, also i have been working in the HR field for over 5 years in India, i am thinking of doing this course to help me gain some knowledge on the technical aspects of HR and to seek career opportunities in the USA.. i don't have any experience in IT, i just know to work on ms office, will i be able to learn the tools without any difficulty? Also can you help me to know how will i know about these training programs that are being given in the Bay area on these programs and from where should i do the courses? regds..
Since you have experience of 5 years, decide depending on your personal interest and scope in your company. According to my knowledge SAP HR would be suitable for you. More number of companies work with SAP HR as compared to People Soft.
