To all academic experts out there. I just want to ask if this Doctoral degree is accredited and well recognized.

Doctor of Development Education (Dev. Ed.D) Major in Special Education.

    thanks in advance.

What school is it from? Can you provide a link?

There are Dev Ed PhDs and EdDs out here (Sam Houston St. Univ has one, as does Texas State Univ, though I dont' know if they are available DL). These would be accredited and acceptable.

How could we possibly know that without knowing what school is offering it?

    CTU Online: Degree Programs
It is a university based in the Philippines. I'm interested in the SPED major but don't know if the title is acceptable in the academic industry. thanks in advance.

Cebu Technological University is a real school that's been around for a long time. I don't know whether any degrees earned through it would be useful for licensure outside the Philippines, but generally speaking I would expect their degrees to be evaluated as the equivalent to regionally accredited in the U.S.
