The one that immediately comes to mind is Liberty University's "Master of Arts in Worship Studies": MA in Worship Studies | Liberty University Online $285/credit (or $2200 "block rate" if you take 9-15 credits in a semester), regionally accredited. It does say the delivery format is "blended intensives" which I *think* means 1-week on-campus courses, so you'd want to contact them to find out exactly how many intensives are required.
