I have a BS in Business IT Management.... Is it crazy of me to want an MS in Information Systems in addition to the MBA? I'm thinking with the MSIS I would get more technical stuff and the MBA would cover the business aspect of it. Any thoughts?

I have an MS-ITM and an MBA so I think it is a great idea. :veryhappy: Each program provides a different view on the business world.

Thank you for your feedback. I think that's what I am going to do.... That's what I was thinking as far as providing different aspects....

An MBA goes with everything. Literally, everything. It is the one graduate degree that I can not force myself to stop considering :banghead:

Maniac - Well of the two post, I am actually excited that I decided to do both.

The MBA gives you management/business "cred" while the MS-IT gives you technical "cred" Certainly not a bad idea, and something I'm contemplating myself.

This is exactly what I'm doing, for the above stated reasons. I've already finished a BSBA-CIS from TESC and a MS-MIS from UIS, and am currently in UND's MBA program.

Yeah, I did my BS-IT @ WGU.... I'm doing my MS-IS @ UMBC and I will probably go back to WGU for my MBA!
