I'm mostly looking for clothes. Good sturdy clothes at cheap prices. I'm tired of paying huge money for basic things like jeans and shirts. I'll wear AS pants and tees just as easily if the price is right. Who knows a GOOD army surplus supplier who sells online?

The stuff that's cheap is all the wrong size. The stuff that's the right size is expensive. If I want to pay $75 for a pair of pants I'll just go to the mall. C'mon people! I know there's a place out there that sells good stuff for low prices! Bring it!

Alright, here in in Foat Wurth we have Omahas....Omahas Army Navy Surplus

They rock and are generally cheap. Call 'em, tell them what you're looking for. If you do it on a week day they tend to be slow and are more willing to help.

Note: I don't think they put much of their used stuff online so you'll have to ask.

As usual, DegreeInfo rocks out an answer to almost any question. Thanks!

My wife and I buy all our clothes at Kohl's - both business and casual. Combine coupons with sales and bargains abound. We buy a lot of clothes of the 60 to 80% off racks.

I love that! (although I think you might have paid with a different type of currency)

A lot of "sweat equity" in that clothing line!

Yeah, several years of my life, but no regrets.

This isn't Army Surplus... I like to partake of the local Goodwill (or any thrift stores) for cheap jeans, etc.

I realize that this thread is a bit old, but I wanted to second the recommendation for Sportsman's Guide. A few things are expensive, but you must keep your eyes open for the good deals. Quite often you can get 3-5 items at the price of a single item if you are lucky enough to find the item in your size. Just keep checking back!

Times Square, correct? Right near the multi-level walgreens and the police station that looks like it should be serving up breakfast specials.

Looks like it....I didn't actually enlist in Times Square, I just Googled "Recruiting Station" and I thought that picture was cool.
