    How transfer friendly is WGU?

I have a good 60+ credits (about 2 years worth) from community colleges, programming/IT as well as general electives (no associates degrees), plus a Network+, Security+ and CCNA.

Will they #1 accept most of my CC credits? and #2 how much time might that shave off the 4-5 years they say it will take?

    TIA

I have no experience with WGU; however, Troy University is transferred friendly as my own experience. I filled up with 60 credits from (lower level) from Military Training, CLEP, DANTES, and certification. You can transfer up to 90 credits, but 30 must be upper level.

WGU will accept many certs for credit, as long as you earned them recently (last 5 years I think). I got 4 credits at the graduate level for my CCNA.

Any credits they accept will of course have to be applicable to the program you will be pursuing.

You can apply and let them evaluate your transcripts/certs. Then they will tell you exactly what they will accept.
