So a police officer shows up at my door and said someone called from my phone number stating they had been robbed at the Von's supermarket. I told the officer I had no idea how that happened since I did not call the police. I have an arch enemy who happens to be a phone company executive. Is there a way a phone company technician could tweek things so phone calls appear to come from my phone number? Just curious. I am not worried since I frequently deal with the police deparment on civic matters and they know me as an ally in the community. Comments would be appreciated. Hasta la bye bye!!!!! Abner :smile:
Ah!!!!!! The strange thing is the caller stated I had been robbed at a Von's. I had been at a Von's about 3 or 4 hours before the police officer showed up at my door. I also noticed a phone technician from said executives phone company had been fooling around with some phone wires on the telephone pole, some of which connect to my home phone line about 3 or 4 days ago.
