    Do exercise daily,
    Measure your progress,
    Drink plenty of water daily,
    Eat healthy and nutritious food only,
    Avoid fast and junk food,
    Stay active whole day,

    enjoy nature,

    Yoga,

    keep a balanced diet,

    Well for being healthy you can do regular exercise, eating healthy and fresh, walking can be good, laughing loud, yoga and meditation and also a simple lifestyle plays a good role in staying healthy.

    Staying healthy is extremely important for life. Water is very important for your good health. Exercise is important for healthy life. A Variety Of Foods is more important to maintain your health.

    If you want maximum benefit from minimum amount of exercise, then combine pushups with running sprints. Do two push up and immediate jump to stand and sprint for 25 meters. Stop there, do 2 push ups and sprint again for 25 meters and so on.

    Drink water a lot everyday that will be very helpful to wash off all toxins from your body. Especially look warm water in a day time and chilled water early in the morning without mouth wash.

    I think doing leg raises is good, just lie on the floor and lift your legs up and down (without letting them touch the floor). After doing 40 of them I don't let my legs touch the floor yet and keep them low and hold for 20secs. Also I do the plank (the press-up position but on your elbows and hold it there) for 60secs and the plank on each side (one elbow and face one way and hold) each for 60secs. Normal sit ups are always good and easy, and even better if you have a medicine ball or something heavy to hold when doing them. There's others that are harder to describe that you could find if you google it.

    There are different tips given by you all but According to me you should take proper diet and always take an exercise. You must sleep wel, atleast 8 to 9 hours at night. And get up early in the morning. Go for a walk in fresh air.
