Hey Everyone - I have tried searching for the answer to this, but have struck out. I do apologize if it is covered elsewhere. I am finishing up my 9th & 10th classes in the MBA program at Ashford. I am going with the Healthcare Management Specialization. What can I expect from a capstone course? Is it the same format as other classes? 12 discussions and 6 papers, with the final paper being 10-15 pages? Or is it more intensive? I will be in MHA690, but assume the capstone courses are nearly the same across all disciplines. Thanks!
My Ashford MBA was in Finance but you are correct. Their requirements are similar regardless of the specialization. Each week requires a 6 to 8 page paper in addition to answering the discussion questions of the week. The final paper for me turned out to be 23 pages long. I do not exactly remember the requirements for it but I have to assume that it was in that range.
FYI - To follow up on this, I have now completed the course and the format was the exact same as the other courses in the program. Better yet, there were a few less discussions and one less paper.
