  1. Sensible - one complete it's something that can't be taken away from you!

You will most definitely NOT need Calculus or higher math for the GMAT. If you haven't looked into what is required, I suggest getting a simple test book, or do what I did and sign up for one of the sites out there (I used 800score.com, there are no doubt others).

Make sure that CLEP/DSST will fulfill the foundation courses. They should but speak with the academic advisor for the program(s) you are interested in...

I know at least two will not have a problem with the exams as long as they're considered a B (I'm shooting for an A on everything to make sure I get that B... :) ). My time at WGU has made me comfortable with exams. I took a Principles of Management "course" (I just took the exam as most of that stuff was common sense stuff if you've worked in a corporate environment) and passed. WGU is a Pass/Fail institution, but their "Pass" is considered a B...regardless of how well one did (made the cut score or blew it out of the water).

I do plan on calling them to make sure it's alright before I even apply. But I'm going to have these courses "in-hand" first. If one won't take them, another will and I won't waste my time or my references in them printing a LOR with their name on it.

As for the GMAT, I will at some point PM you about that. Even if the Calculus doesn't help me, as I said, it may very well help me for some prerequisite (known or unknown) anyway. I bought the GMAT for Dummies book, and I plan on reading it. I might have to get another one though since the exam changes this August 1, 2011. I'm sure there will be many folks on this board discussing that and I'll look forward to reading from those folks who took the new exam. I do like the price of 800score though! Much better than ManhattanGMAT, Kaplan, or Princeton Review (though with them, I get a union discount of 10%... :D )

As a current MBA student at FGCU, I do not think that the MBA in Information Systems can be completed fully online. That is because the required electives for the program are not offered online (just the ISM courses needed in the MBA program core).
