I was looking at the degree programs that generate the most inquiries from prospective students at my undergraduate school and found the following: Computer Information Technology Interdisciplinary Studies Management Accounting (???) For those aspiring to attain a degree, which degree interests you the most?
That's me, always pushing the envelope. I could have chosen "interdisciplinary studies" but that wouldn't really tell you anything useful as the individual fields of study would remain unspecified. They might be accounting and CIT or they might be taxidermy, haute cuisine and species conservation (sorry, I just watched "The Freshman" on video). Jack
The computer only allows 10 choices? North, Yours was #33. Damn these short-sighted polls that only offer 10 choices!
sniff, sniff With all the DegreeInfo posts relative to theology/religion, no category was listed. Well, unless one chooses Interdisciplinary Studies: Theology and Distance Learning World Religions and Terrorism Religious Degree Mills oops, this one's been done already
I have two different areas and neither was offered English and Theology. Oh well... But I understand the 10 option limitation... clint
You just have to pick the closest fit if you don't have an exact match, for example: Theology: Public Administration (God) Romantic French Poetry: Accounting (for taste) English: Criminal Justice (I don't want to explain this one)
Also no slots for engineering, engineering/construction management (from the technical side - usually in engineering/technology school) which is my choice.
Where is Education? It is among the most popular of options at old-line DL schools like Nova and Walden and is available through many "traditional" campuses, as well. In fact, DL Education programs are popular enough to have warranted a Bear's Guide of their very own! Jeff
