Anyone with experience with FHSU MLS in Political Leadership??? Anyone???

    Mi Amigos,
Even though I am continuing to pursue my Doctoral degree I have decided to enter the MLS program with a concentration in Political Leadership and Public Service beginning Summer 2011. I believe it is a very new concentration there and it is purely for personal interest (sadomasochistic) reasons... Does anyone have any experience with this program yet that they would like to share or any positive experiences with Fort Hays State Univ. in general that you may want to share?
    Thanks in advance,
    GBS

Good luck Gbssurvivor1. I have no experience with FHSU, but I am well-versed in academic sadomasochism. Whenever possible and you have the latitude on your paper topics, try to research and write about things that will support the completion of your disseration. I managed to complete a significant portion of my dis. lit. review doing research for papers in other courses.

Thanks Truckie!!! That's a great idea. I hope that Fort Hays gives me that latitude. One big difference that I think I am going to like about CTU's program is the ongoing dissertation courses each session to assist in completing the work on a timely basis. I will keep everyone updated on both programs. By the way, I did look into Sullivan and the programs does look great. I just don't have the funds... :-(
    Thanks again,

    Thanks Orson,
That program looks great but you are correct about the cost. There is no love for the online studenta. Out of state tuition was about $1500 per course. That's a bit more than double FHSU. I am not entirely sold on FHSU though so if Npanyone else has a recommendation for another program comparable in price, please advise.
    Thanks again,
    GBS
