I'm interested in these 2 colleges right now. But I need to a online university that doesn't have proctored exams as I travel and won't always have someone available to monitor the exam for me.

so I was wondering if anyone here has a experience with these 2 universities.

It depends on the class @ Fort Hays. I know math, lit and geography require a proctor.

    Western Governors

No, Western Governors U does not require a proctor. I spoke to an advisor as I am concerning attending. Basically their style of teaching makes a proctor unnecessary. For what I understand, most of your assignments are essey which they use to grade your compentency.
