I am having a terrible time trying to pass Calculus II. Anyone know a good/easy calc II course to take or a way to making passing it easier?
Try the Math Tutor DVDs. This guy does an excellent job breaking math down into easy to understand steps. http://www.mathtutordvd.com/
Calc II Ok, I was going to have my daughter start watching some of these videos (not calc obviously). This guy went to MIT for Elec. Eng and Harvard. I think he has his math down. I watched some of his videos and he does real well and it is free. Youtube... http://www.youtube.com/user/khanacademy#play/user/19E79A0638C8D449 And his web site... http://www.khanacademy.org/
My daughter uses Thinkwell for her Calc I and II. She is finishing up Calc I within the next month and moving to Calc II http://www.thinkwell.com/student/product/calculus We have the 12 month subscription since there's homework, quizzes, etc. Shawn
I second this recommendation. This guy knows what his talking about(degrees from Harvard and MIT) and best of all he can teach! He can breakdown concepts and you'll get that AHA! moment. I've been using his videos myself to refresh on my Calculus and Statistics classes.
