EGSM Educatis Graduate School of Management - Is this Legit ?

They claim to have accreditation as below

I need to know if they really are accredited.
One of the professors who teach at Aspen University (Prof. Dr. Nikhil Agarwal) is the Director of Indian Programs.

I will answer this inquiry because the school is, figuratively, in "my back yard," being only approx. 1.5 hours drive from here (Basel).

From my cursory analysis, the short answer is in the affirmative. Educatis is approved or recognised as a university by the Kanton (equiv. of U.S. state) of Uri. Using the search functionality with 'educatis' as a keyword, it is found on the Kanton website in the 'Adult Education' category.

The "Stiftung zur Akkreditierung von Studiengängen in Deutschland" (also ref. to abbreviated as "Akkreditierungsrat") is roughly the German equivalent of the U.S. CHEA. There are 6 member agencies (roughly equiv. to U.S. regional accreditors), of which FIBAA (Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation) is one. FIBAA uses a combination of self-evaluatiion and peer review methods, and covers mainly Germany but also Switzerland and Austria. Educatis is accredited by FIBAA and listed on their website in FIBAA's Listing of FIBAA-accredited schools in Switzerland. Educatis' latest (2007) accreditation evaluation report, issued by FIBAA, is also posted on the website.

Can i assume the degrees from this school are equivalent to RA Degrees?

If it just had the 'Kantonal' recognition, I would say it was the equiv. of U.S. state approved. However, since it appears that it was accredited by FIBAA in 2007, I would count it as being equiv. to U.S. regionally accredited. One would have to check to see how often FIBAA requires reaccreditation.
