I'd say let the complaint stick forever

 

Dear all,

Actually Stonebridge caims to be full member of the BILD, I had an e-mail exchange with one of the admins and they told me that Stonebridge was nevermember of the BILD or even the BLA.... s t r a n g e!!!

 

hey there, I just read your post and it sound similar to the situation I am in. I am trying very hard to get my 380 pounds back but all I ever get told via email is - "we do not deal with those matters over the internet. You will receive a letter within seven working days of sending the material back"
I haven't got a letter yet neither do I think that letter will ever come. Did you end up getting your money back? If so could you please tell me what your next steps were after them being so rude and unhelpful?

hey there,
I was wondering if anyone could give me advise on how to get my money back from this college? I have been signing up for a child psychology course, however sent the material back after 3 days of receiving it. Now I'm trying to get my 380 pounds back and all I ever get to hear is that they woun't deal with that via email and that they sent me a letter a while ago.
Anyone who could give me advise? would very much appreciate any help,

Don't get to hard on yourself, this school has taken advantage of a lot of people. I'm told the owner is Wayne Rensburg you might send him a direct letter. They have a way of making you feel like your the only one having problems with their program this is totally untrue. Hopefully they will do the correct thing and send back your tuition, but don't hold your breath. If you don't get any responce you can contact the organization that gives them their accredation and ask to file a formal complaint. I did that and I finall y got a successful conclusion with the problems I was having with this pitiful school.

What does A level mean? - Ask - University of Liverpool

Here is a link from the University of Liverpool that addresses the issue of A levels. It does appear they can be equivalent to an undergraduate level of educational experience.
