    Interested in online certificate in communication development skills or similar.
    Although I'd prefer, the program does not have to be credit granting. I have 1k to spend.
    South Africa/Canada/Australia welcome...

    I am afraid I can’t help on the certificate but you may want to consider joining Toastersmasters in addition to or in place of the certificate.

    UMass has a Certificate in Contemporary Communications available online for $975.
