I have recently discovered that AMU has a couple of new concentrations in their MBA offerings. Among them, Marketing: http://www.amu.apus.edu/Academics/Degree-Programs/plan.htm?progid=4735&concid=4769
They are also starting their Accounting Concentration this year. Here is the link. http://www.amu.apus.edu/Academics/Degree-Programs/plan.htm?progid=4735&concid=4751
Definitely for those with no accounting background, most of those classes I took at the Bachelor's level.
I'm definitely keeping AMU on my short list for the MBA in Marketing. If I don't get into Oklahoma State University, this one is next on the list.
Yeah, well many schools (even AACSB) offer MBAs that are accounting prep courses for designation. The one near me is 5 courses from MBA (15 hrs) and 24 hrs in Accounting from a designation program....for those of that got certified from our Undergrads it makes it sound cheap but they do get an intense level of training. I am wondering how they fair in terms of designation testing scores?
