    Hello everybody,

I am looking for a BSc in Finance. I am currently doing an Advanced Diploma in Business administration and I am now looking for a BSc Finance to convert and finish.

I am mainly looking for a University in the UK as I am studying at a learning partner of a UK institution, so it will be easier to get exemptions. I am also looking for DL studies because I have a possibility of starting to work so I will do studies in the same time as working.

I am looking on my side but don't have much of luck. I found about 2-3 institutions. Not much. Another thing, I dont want those studies to cost me 10,000US$ as I will be my own source of finance.

I dont mind that the BSc is mixed with Banking or accounting or management.

Thank you for your help, this is greatly appreciated in advance!

    Regards,
    Michael

Anybody's familiar to Charles Sturt University?

I found Charles Sturt Uni in Australia. I would be interested to make credit transfers and continue in Bachelor of Busines in Applied Finance. I know nothing about this university. Are they internationally recognized? Actually that is the only thing I want, an international recognition.

    Anybody familiar to this Uni?

    Thanks,
    Regards,
    Michael

I second the motion for University of London External. They have a Bsc in Banking and Finance and also a Bsc in Economics and Finance.

Charles Stuart is an accredited university and their degrees should be recognized anywhere.

You couldn't go wrong either way.

CSU is kind of well known for its distance learning courses in arts, communications and media. But its recognition only lies in Australia. International recognition...well...sorry...

Out of the 37 universities in Australia...CSU is ranked at #31. If you are taking the Australian route (through distance learning), you are probably better off with Deakin University or University of Australia. I think they both offer distance learning degree with a major in Finance (but you need to double check). Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University also offers a degree in Financial Planning through Open Learning of Australia.
