    Hi All,

I am wondering if any of you know of a list of reputable brick and mortar schools that offer online degrees to which you can post a link?

I know that Boston University, Harvard, and Stanford all now have online masters programs. I can't believe there isn't a list compiled out there (and they don't have to be ivy league schools) of simply brick and mortar schools -institutions that have name recognition and reputation for being traditional, that offer distance masters degrees. I've searched and had random schools (like the ones I mentioned) show up, but not a list.

Thank you for your time and for sharing your knowledge.

    Kindly,
    Fairyrealm

University of Florida offers online degrees. Hey, maybe this is something you want to create - a list of school with a strong name that offer online degrees?? ;)

To be honest, I think the majority of schools now offer online degrees of some sort to stay competitive and change with the times.

    Hi Randell,

    I get the hint. :-D
Yes, that's a good idea - I will keep track of a list as I find some information and can post the findings here when it becomes substantial. Good suggestion! I guess I had high hopes that such a list already exists. You would think it would, right?!?

    Kindly,

Once upon a time, back in those long forgotten days when dragons ruled the skies, sorcerers were kings, and the Children of the Fall were abound in all the lands, a list was created. It was a special list, a magical list. On it were a set of names. They were the names of power. A mere human, knowing these names, could use them to gather knowledge and thus power. Through the ages these names were used by a select few. They were the brave souls who ventured beyond the point where maps ended. They endured many trials. Some, having not read deeply enough, were slain by the dreaded Mill. One by one they returned from their adventures and their stories were written onto scrolls and these scrolls were kept safe in a place that came to be known as degreeinfo. As time progressed, as time is wont to do, these scrolls came to be read by many others. Some of these went on to create new names of power. Others pushed their explorations into realms foreign and unknown. There was Briton, Oztralia and that most exotic of realms, Meridianus Africa. The list grew. It grew faster than the scribes, who needed to attend to their own affairs, could document. And so that fabled list, once a treasured object in the land of fairyrealm, became so large that even the most faithful of scribes at degreeinfo could not write quickly enough. Still, the fable of "the list" continues. On quiet winter nights people sit in small groups and talk in hushed tones of "the list." Some say that there is a man, perhaps one of the original explorers, who, driving a wagon from town to town, carries the list. Others say that the list lives inside a man named Ursidae. Most believe that the list is a myth. It never existed and it never will. I, for one, believe that the list exists but it exists in separate pieces. These pieces are kept by a large group of beings including the Lamatsu, the Gianes, the Codrilles, the Moires, the Filandrieres, the Apsarathe, the Groac'h, the Nekkar, the Hamadryads, the Streghes and, of course, the Folleti del Vento.

Should you decide to venture into this realm you will carry with you all my best wishes, spells and charms.
