Just passed the Comps Class

I just passed the Comps Class and will be moving into the Research classes. I guess this is when it gets really hard.

I am very happy for you. It will be really cooool to put that Ph.D. behind your name and get accepted finally into the club of doctors. You can do it. Hang in there. Congratulations! I am on my 5th concept paper submission.

Comps are the swing from graduate work to doctorial work. If the courses were a 1 in difficulty, comps a 5, then you are heading into 10. It’s doable, just hang with it and when you want to quit, simply instead go do more annotated bibliography research.

 

I am going to look at employee satisfaction / proximity of management / quantity of employee-management communication and look for correlations.
