Don't get your hopes up -- we don't really get a lot of snow around here, and when in the season we get it is pretty sporadic. You may have to make angels in cold rainy mud instead!

    All the best,

    TEKMAN Semper Fi!

    Steve,

Thanks! I lived in Fairfax County for my whole life, except I left in 2002 for the Marine Corps. Then I ended up in Dallas, Texas. Yeah, some years don't have snow, but some does. The Winter in 1996 was a horible around Northern Virginia. I just ran 7 miles on this morning in Dallas with the temperature of 42F, and Quancito, Virginia's temperature was 58F. So, I guess the weather have been changing.

    Semper Fi,
    Henry

Wow, that is quite a dream there. One would think that a college education might inspire you to reach a bit further than that...:D

You can put a smiley on the end of that if you want, but it doesn't make it any less obnoxious. Just because the guy has a goal you don't understand doesn't make it a shallow one.

    My sincere congratulations!

I apologies for not paying attention to this thread earlier, the title didn’t seem very interesting and I just now clicked on it. I served 4 years enlisted in the US Army during the invasion of Panama and the first Gulf War. 26 months of hazardous duty in the 48 month enlistment, 36 months overseas. I’m authorized to wear the SSI combat patch from two different units.

Good luck at OCS. Pay special attention to how to make the other guy risk his life for his country, and then execute it repeatedly.
