    Quality, Accessiblity, Costs

    Valdosta State University Doctor of Public Administration program was the best option for me. I have a Masters in Public Administration and was looking for an affordable and accessible doctoral option for the working man who can't afford to quit a full time job to go to school. I found the VSU program, which offers a distance learning format and on site seminars, thanks to this board. The other big distance learning schools are just too expensive.
