I've been looking at Touro since one of my professors/mentor recommended it to me, however, I wasn't able to determine from the website (1) how long the PhD in Business Administration program took to complete; (2) if I applied and was accepted how long before I could begin classes; (3) if they were a title IV institution; and (4) if their classes consisted of exams or paper writing. This is important to me since having been educated in the British system, multiple choice test taking is a huge issue. I am better at writing papers etc.

I address your queries as follows:

    1. There are 11 courses you need to take, plus the dissertation. TUI operates on four terms a year. If you took one course per term, it would take you around three years to complete the coursework. As far as the dissertation is concerned, it can take somewhere between one to three years.
    2. If you were accepted, you could start the very next term.
    3. Not sure...
    4. There are no exams, only paper writing.

    Title IV Institution

    http://nces.ed.gov/ipeds/glossary/index.asp?id=465 gives a definition:
An institution that has a written agreement with the Secretary of Education that allows the institution to participate in any of the Title IV federal student financial assistance programs (other than the State Student Incentive Grant (SSIG) and the National Early Intervention Scholarship and Partnership (NEISP) programs).

Yes, they do appear to be a Title IV institution under Touro College's code of 010142.
This is based on the link at:

I have taught for Touro. You will have a lot of short paper assignments. None of my classes had multiple choice exams.
