    The October 16, 2006 issue of U.S. News and World Report has an interesting section on distance learning. A number of schools are listed but as online-focused university, Touro University International (TUI) made an impressive showing against the B&M schools with online graduate programs.

    As of Fall 2005, Touro University International (TUI) had the 6th largest graduate business program (2,091 students), the 20th largest graduate education program (583 students) and the 2nd largest graduate public health program (1,068).

    McDonald's had 31,108 restaurants as of 2002. That's an impressive showing against Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill!

    I just gotta ask, is Mickie D's and BFMG accredited establishments or are they just burger mills?

    Interestingly enough, McDonald's Hamburger University has been evaluated by the American Council on Education and provides approximately 21 credits worth of training to restaurant managers.
