American University for Humanities is programmatically accredited by American Academy for Liberal Education.

The AALE is listed by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Education as a recognized national accrediting agency for the accreditation and preaccreditation of institutions of higher education and programs within institutions of higher education that offer liberal arts degrees at the baccalaureate level

However, American University for Humanities is in the ODA list .

    But, why?
Are there 2 AUH one accredited and another not?

The AUH on the ODA site is based in Mississippi, while the AUH accredited by the AALE is based in Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia.

So, I think that your answer is, the diploma mill AUH is not the same as the accredited AUH.

PS. According to their website, the accredited AUH in Georgia only offers residential degree programs, no DL. http://www.auhtc.net/

The "latest" AUH (American University for Humanities) is a spinoff of the former AUH (American University of Hawaii).

During the course of our state litigation, the proprietor of American University of Hawaii established a corporation of the same name in the states of Delaware and Mississippi. The Delaware corporation's name was subsequently changed to American University for Humanities. Recently, in response to the court's judgment, the name of the Mississippi corporation has been changed to American University for Human Sciences.

The AALE accredited American University for Humanities-Tblisi Campus (www.aufh.net and auhtc.net) appear to be the former Tblisi branch campus of the American University of Hawaii
