Generale University, Canada

I have tried to locate this university on the web, but without success!

Can anyone tell me anything about it?

 

To be more exact- Vancouver, Canada.

I have a person who is looking for a lecturing job and his highest qualification is from this institution. But I cannot locate it on the internet

 

According to Bears' Guide it is unaccredited. Although it's not in the diploma mill chapter, I would not hestitate to call it a diploma mill.

A diploma mill. They used to have a web site but it was shut down few years ago.

 

This used to be its website http://www.generale-canada.com. If I recall, it was most of it in chinese language as it was directed to asian students.

This "institution" is not listed as a member of the AUCC (Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada), nor are they listed as a member of the ACCC (Association of Community Colleges of Canada). They are also not listed as a participating institution on the BCCAT (British Columbia Council on Admissions and Transfer) website.
Looks pretty suspicious to me ...
