Dilemma

Yes it is (code 011648). I'm not sure why it would apply to your situation, but in any case, I have the TESC financial aid handbook in front of me and on page 6 it states:

Return of Title IV Funds
In order forstudnts to retain 100 percent of their federal Title IV funds, they must be enrolled through 60 percent of the semester. Students who totally withdraw or drop out before this period may only receive a prorated portion of their financial aid for that semester...

 

Well, I thought to use Title IV to my benefit for the funds.
