    Melissa21111,

If I could turn back time, I would have gone to CTU for both BS and MS. I would have preferred to have a BSBA-IT instead of just a BIT. I found nothing wrong with AIU just wished their BS program was more flexible, now it is, 2001 it definitely wasn't. The BIT program comes in 3 or 4 concentrations currently. CTU was very good to me also, except the recruiting issues.

$65,000 - what a joke. I am not picking on CTU. Tuition has become a joke across the board.

This is on the level of those 42 year mortgages that are becoming more common (IMO).

Granted, what I am about to say is apples and dump trucks, but what is the amount one would spend on a PhD or equivalent?

My out of pocket costs for the Nova PhD/ CIS program will be around $16,000. This rolls up to around $38,000 in total - which is still a crime, but getting to a more reasonable point.
I also understand, in terms of curricula, a DM from CTU != PhD from Nova (or even the same major).

My boss looked into doing the Duke or U Chicago MBA program - I am pretty sure both were over 100K.
