Well its taken me 2 years but I now have the credits for my COSC BS General Studies with a concentration in Management and Psychology !!! It was really 2 years elasped time but only about 15 months of study time.

Apart from 1 psych course from BYU, 1 x research course from COSC and 2 CompTIA tests, everything else was either a CLEP, DANTES or ECE test. My academic biography was approved first time which I was very happy about.

Big thanks to everyone on this forum as I took inspiration from the posts in my periods of 'oh my god not another test'

Next I think is the MSc Strategic Business IT from University of Portsmouth

Congratulations! I've been recommending COSC to a lot of people interested in finishing their bachelor's degrees. Good luck with the MSc.

    COSC "Buyer Beware"????

I wish to obtain a BA in general studies. What should I keep in mind if I'm to enroll in COSC? I'm still taking exams:

What exams won't yield me any credits at COSC?

What are their potential bumps in the road?

Out of curiousity, for what reasons did you choose the University of Portsmouth for your MSc?

    Overall I spent about $6k on testing, InstantCert.com, IStudysmart.com, Passyourclass.com and books

I chose Portsmouth because of the cost and my knowledge of IT. NCC Education offer a PGDip and then Portsmouth offer a top up MSc. It costs $8.5k for both. The NCC PGDip is 4 modules of which an MCSE or CCNA gains exemption from module 4. The 3 modules can be completed in 6 months and the MSc Dissertation in 6-9 months. As a former CIO and now CISO I'm hopefully validating much of what I already know. Hope that helps
